[12/2, 2:20pm] Hint on assignment 8: you don't have to do much parsing of allinter.txt by hand. Once you've read in allinter.txt as a string s, use s.split('#') to get a list of the intergenic regions.

[12/2, 2:20pm] Thursday's review session will be in Ryerson 251. Friday's review session will be in Ryerson 255.

[11/30, 2:20pm] Josh will hold two final review sessions. One on Thursday 12/4 at 1pm and one on Friday 12/5 at 11am. The material will mostly be based on your questions, so please send Josh questions by email this week, or bring prepared questions to the sessions. The two sessions will otherwise be identical -- there are only two to make sure that everyone who wants can attend one.
