I am a software engineer at Google.

I got a Master's degree in computer science at the University of Chicago, where I was part of the Large Scale Systems Group and did research in data intensive and distributed systems/computing. I was extremely fortunate to work under the supervision of Prof. Andrew Chien.

I also have a diploma (equivalent to a Bachelor's + Master's in the U.S.) in Mathematics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

Work Experience

I was a summer intern at HP Labs in Palo Alto, CA in 2012. I worked on Distributed R, a distributed execution engine for the R language.

I spent the summer of 2011 at Microsoft Research in Redmond, WA as a research intern.

I was a reseach intern at the Computer and Automation Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences from June 2009 to August 2010.
