 * Removed assumption of 25*80 text mode. Now works with any text mode.
 * Added to provision to restrict the menu's to a user defined window 
   on the screen. Rest of the area may be used for other purposes.

 * Adopted Peter's suggested colors for menu system. 
 * Rearranged structure's so that they appear more packed.
 * Added fix to "Menu title too long error"
 * There are only two places where the dimensions of text screen assumed.
   Hopefully within next version, it will work on all text modes.
