Setting up Linux only systems using the GUI CD

Boot into the [prep] image

For the question answer the folowing: [I want a Linux only system],[allocate default space of linux swap], [Linux machine is called HOSTNAME], [SUBNET = whatever], [IPADDR=whatever], [Allow only research people to login to this machine], [Monitor = choose from given list].

Autoboot into [linstall] image

After some time, it will indicate that you can proceed with the remote installation phase. Execute the gui-dist script on the rdist server. About 3 hours later, this machine will automatically reboot.

Autoboot into [hard disk], i.e. linux

Start using the machine!
