Working Drafts of ``The Sound Manifesto''

I invite all comments on the latest working draft of ``The Sound Manifesto.'' The ``Manifesto'' proposes a new topic in computer science, studying sound as a general-purpose information channel. The drafts are in numbered subdirectories, in LaTeX source, DVI, and PostScript formats. There are also HTML versions in subsbudirectories named manifesto.
