Director Texas Center for Advanced Molecular Computation (TCAMC), since 1992.

The TCAMC is Grand Challenge Application Group devoted to biomolecular design, funded by the National Science Foundation and ARPA for $3 Million over five years.

Management Committee, Keck Center for Computational Biology, since 1992.

The Keck Center is a collaboration among the University of Houston, Baylor College of Medicine, and Rice University. The Management Committee administers several millions of dollars in federal grants for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral interdisciplinary training in the emerging field of Computational Biology.


Adjunct Professor, Program in Structural and Computational Biology and Molecular Biophysics, Baylor College of Medicine, 1993-present. Member of management committee since 1995.



Executive Committee Member, Biomedical Computation and Visualization Laboratory (BCVL), Baylor College of Medicine, 1995-present. The BCVL is supported by the National Science Foundation (BIR-9512521).
