Passport Renewing Requirement

according to the requirements set in Jan, 1995.
1. Personal ordinary passport(issued by the Ministry of Public Security)
- Original passport
- Renewing application, explain the reason
- Returning envelope with address, name, and $1.88 stamps,
- Fee $15.00 (money order) send to:

- Additional $20 for extra urgent
2. Official business ordinary passport(issued by Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and entered America by F1 or J1 visa)
- 1.2.3. same as above for personal passport.
- $10 and $5 (money order), respectively. Additional
$20 for extra urgent
- Copy of I-94 or Green Card
- Certificate of Student or Employment (Statement from advisor, department
or copy of appointment Letter)
- Letter from the original university(company,institute etc) in China,
shows the consent of the extension of your staying time.
